Sol Soul is operated by Jaclyn Zimmer, registered in Minnesota, USA.

What we collect
When you take the Sol Soul assessment, we collect:

Your email address, so we can send you your report and allow you to recover access to it.

Your first name, used to personalize your report and the way it addresses you.

Your assessment answers, both your forced-choice responses and your open-ended reflections. These are the core input used to write your personalized report.

Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use your data
Your email and assessment answers are used to:

Generate your personalized Soul Blueprint report using Claude, Anthropic's AI model Deliver your report to your inbox.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your information for marketing. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Third parties we work with
Anthropic — Your assessment answers are sent to Claude (Anthropic's AI model) to generate your report. Anthropic's API does not use this data to train its models, and it is automatically deleted from their systems within seven days. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs this processing.

Stripe — Handles payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Resend — Used to deliver your report to your inbox by email.

Squarespace — Hosts the Sol Soul website.

Your rights
You have the right to:

Cookies
Sol Soul uses minimal cookies for basic site analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data retention
We retain your email and report data for as long as you want access to your report. If you request deletion, we'll remove your data within 14 days.

Security
Your data is transmitted and stored securely. Payment data never touches our servers, it's handled entirely by Stripe. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

The latest version is always at mysolsoul.com/privacy.
